General Rules
1. If you order through the website, you will accept the Distance Selling Agreement and the primary information form which are presented to you.
2. Buyers subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on consumer protection and regulations on distance contracts RG: (27.11.2014/29188 and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products that have been purchased.)
3. The cost of shipping, which is the cost of cargo, will be borne by the buyer.
4. Any purchased product, provided that the legal deadline of 30 days is not exceeded, will be delivered to the address that the buyer provided as a person or company. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer can cancel the contract.
5. The purchased product must be completely by the conditions stated in the order and the documents such as the warranty certificate. The user manual should be delivered if available.
6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer officially within 3 days after being informed of this situation. The total amount must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.
The consequences of not paying for online purchase
7. In case the buyer does not pay for the purchased item or cancels it in the bank records, the seller cancels the delivery of the product.
Purchases made by a credit card and unauthorized persons:
8. After the delivery of the goods, if it is determined that the credit card with which the payment was made belongs to the unauthorized individuals who unfairly used; or the cost of products which was paid by the relevant bank or financial institution has not been transferred to the seller, the buyer must return the goods to the seller within 3 days and the seller is responsible for the shipping cost.
If the product cannot be delivered within the specified time due to unpredictable reasons
9. In case of force majeure situation that the seller cannot foresee and deliver the product on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer can request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one or accept the delay in delivery. If the buyer cancels the order which is paid in cash, this fee will be refunded to him in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels the purchase, money will be returned to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation. However, the bank may transfer it to the buyer’s account within 2 to 3 weeks.
The product must be checked by the buyer
10. The Buyer/ They need to verify the contract and services prior to delivery. Scratched, broken, torn, damaged packaging and defective product will not be received from the shipping company. The products and services will be received in a stable condition. If the buyer decides to return the product, they must be unused. The invoice must be returned with the goods.
Right of cancellation
11. Buyer can return the product Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods, without stating the reason, provided that he informs the seller through the contact information below.
12. The products that are returned must be complete and undamaged along with the box, packaging and also the accessories should be delivered as standard.

The products that can not be returned

16. IA product that is prepared at the request of the buyer or clearly according to their personal needs is not acceptable for return. All kinds of underwear, swimsuits and bikinis, cosmetics, disposable products, perishable goods which have a short expiration date, also if the product is not in accordance with terms of hygiene after being opened by the buyer after Delivery.

Products that may be mixed with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature.

Items related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, with exceptions which are provided under our subscription contract, services that are related to recorded audios or images, books, digital content, software applications, data recording and storage devices, computer accessories if their packaging are opened by the buyer, they cannot be returned according to the regulations.

17. In order to return cosmetics, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, software and programs that can be copied, DVD, VCD, CD and cassette and also consumables (toner, cartridge, roll, etc.), the packages must be reminded unopened, untested packages can be returned. They must be untouched and unused.

Non payment and legal consequences

18. The buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that in the event of any defaults in payment transactions with Credit card, within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder’s bank and the bank, is responsible and must pay the interest. In this case, the relevant bank can take legal action. And the buyer must pay all the attorney’s fees and costs. Moreover, in any case if the buyer defaults due to their debt, the buyer accepts and pays for the loss to the seller due to the delay in fulfilling the debt.

Payment and delivery
19. The electronic funds can be transferred into any company accounts in Turkish liras.
You can use online payment gateways or online installments of cards. In online payments, at the end of the order, the amount will be deducted from the credit card.
